Freezing Retard Proofer,which material is durable stainless steel,so can use for long time.There are 18 trays and 36 trays for your choice.The temperature in the box can reach 95%, and the temperature can be automatically controlled between 60~-15°C to form a suitable fermentation environment.Microcomputer controller,refrigeration/ freezing system,can reserve fermentation time ,make it from freezing/ refrigeration state to fermentation state. Freezing can reach- 15°C.The machine is designed with heating rods and heating rods to heat temperature and generate moisture. The humidified water spray is controlled by a solenoid valve.It is the ideal equipment for the production of bread and cakes.
